Welcome to my personal blog!!

Navigating this blog:

There are two ways to navigate through my A View From The Mountain blog:

The Top Bar Menu and Section Introduction Pages:

The Top Bar Menu above links to an introductory page for each of the five sections.  Each introductory page (except THIS “Home” page) links to all other pages within *that* section with a small description of the page.

The Changing Views Menu on the right sidebar:

The Changing Views Menu is a complete menu containing ALL current pages.

Note that the sidebar (and therefor the Changing Views Menu) only appears on the five Section Introduction Pages and disappears from the actual blog pages to keep from distracting from the content.

Boring disclaimers and stuff:

All thoughts and ideas expressed on A View From The Mountain blog pages are strictly my own unless they are specifically “quoted” from another source, in which case the source will be identified.  To hold my lovely wife Heather, my many friends and associates, relatives, AAFA, NMRA, or any other organizations or groups I am affiliated with either now or in the future somehow responsible for anything said on MY blog pages by ME is not only disingenuous, but fraudulent and immoral as well.

All thoughts and ideas expressed on A View From The Mountain blog comments are the sole responsibility of the individual posting the comment.  Neither A View From The Mountain nor its creator Jerry Stephen Sedlock are responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of any comments other than those made BY A View From The Mountain or Jerry Stephen Sedlock.

All A View From The Mountain blog pages are © Copyright as of the original publication date by Jerry Stephen Sedlock, all rights reserved.

A View From The Mountain reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any content of the blog pages at any time and for any reasonMinor changes such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. will be made without notification.  Major changes, where material is added, removed, or modified to alter the meaning of the material will generally but not always be noted with the date and reason for the change.

Jerry Stephen Sedlock reserves the right to remove any comment, in whole or in part, for any reason.  I do not need a “Policy” to state that, and yes, I will come right out and say that it is completely arbitrary.  I will attempt to contact the individual privately via the email provided with the comment to give my reasons for removing the text.  If the email address is valid, I will approve the comment and replace the offending text with the notice [Content Removed by JSS]; if the email is invalid, I may either approve it after replacing the offending text with the same notice and ’Reply’ to the comment with a general reason for the removal or I may decide to reject the whole comment, the choice being dependent on how much of the comment is “bad”.
